      Amazing company for people who like to dive into their work

      Pros

      - Smartest people I've ever worked with - A real chance to make impact on people's life - Solid compensation package

      Cons

      - Work/life balance. My team started at 10-11am and some people (me included) didn't leave before 9-10pm - Company values doesn't always work when it comes to your performance issues (i.e. your manager is always right no matter what you have in mind) - Doesn't feel like a "move fast and break things" at all

      Pros

      Facebook has some of the greatest perks and greatest challenges to deal with. Facebook and its other social media apps are really THE social platform for world communication. With over 2.2 billion users served on a monthly basis, the work you do here really scales. You can have so much impact on so many lives.

      Cons

      It's a lot of work to keep up. Things move SO fast at Facebook that you constantly feel a sense of FOMO (fear of missing out). Things change quickly and you have to always be on your toes.
