You get to learn in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, that allows you to learn a lot in a short amount of time.

Cons

AI push is bleeding into everything and with layoff news happening so often morale can be incredibly low at times. Very political environment and you may find that teams working on the same project are not collaborative in the slightest
