      Pros

      Really amazing place to work. Super smart people, lots of resources to do your job. And unlike the NYTimes says, we're not so evil (FB is not perfect either). Lots of opportunities for career development and to learn about new areas. Pay and benefits are awesome

      Pros

      Love the autonomy, ability for work life balance (I swear you can have it if you want it), compensation, and ability to have massive impact on a huge scale.

      Cons

      Increasing bureaucracy, super fast pace (both pro and a con really), thrash of product direction
