Pros
They treated their employees really well (can't speak to post layoffs though). If you're a "heads down, I don't care what anyone else is doing, I only care about six month goals" kind of person, you'll probably do fine. It doesn't matter if what you did for six months doesn't actually move the overall project forward.
Cons
If you want to work well with other groups and build a big picture about future goals, if you want to make Meta a better place for the world, if you care about your users...you're doomed. You're just making it easier for them to do more damage before the regulators show up.
