It’s important to us to give people options in how they want to grow their career so that becoming a people manager isn’t the only way for people to grow their careers—and people who choose the management path truly want to be on that career track. We’re so sorry to hear that your experiences with your direct managers haven’t measured up to that intent. We encourage all managers to seek out feedback from their direct reports often, and we hope you take the time to share feedback with your manager directly, in our bi-annual employee surveys, or with your HRBP, depending on your specific circumstances, if you haven’t already.
