Pros
Facebook has shown more care to both Employees, Customers and the Communities it supports than I have ever been a part of. Its this care that is ingrained in our culture throughout the organization. Intertwined with this is open communication. This is a force multiplier as no one feels as an outsider or not knowing how they fit into the shared success of the organization.
Cons
Facebook moves fast! You need to be a self starter ready to jump in and keep up on your own. You will not have the typical guardrails that exist in other companies.
