Pros
- smart people to work with - interesting projects - good pay - good benefits - significantly less politics than in lots of other corporations - great intergration between systems
Cons
- focus on quick and dirty solutions - sometimes it requires two weeks more to come up with something better - quite often bad design - no incentives for the engineers or data engineers to upgrade design skills, more important is to deliver quickly - politics level increased since layoffs - psc style encourages individualism and not much team work - scope stealing - not great WLB
