I hate the environment of political correctness. Over the top. Can't stand the management team. It's their way of thinking only and if you don't accept it, you will want to quit.

Employee health benefits are quite great and well above par. Great work equipment. The desks, laptops, company phones, all of it is top notch. On campus gyms, cafeteria with great food, meditation room, etc. Business trips over x amount of miles allowed to fly first class-thats really great for those overseas trips! Cross collaboration with global partners (if you also love working with people from all over the world). Support teams are a pleasure to work with and are packed with tremendously talented young individuals. If perks are what gets your heart soaring and your personal ethics are flexible, than it may just be the perfect place for you.
Cons
Complancecy is a real problem and even with all the recent media, the problem persists. Business operations has more red tape than Government-its wildly inefficient. Conversations addressing the real issues are not well received. False news isn't just a thing that happens by externals on the platform, experienced multiple occasions where coworkers and leadership knowingly passed on incorrect information to others internally. Ethics need much work. One sized fit all approach to complex problems and policies is not only intellectually lazy, but irresponsible for decent stewardship of the platform they built.
