Engineers, TPMs, and managers often do not engage in any actual work. Instead, they focus on claiming impact by writing workplace posts. They present fake or misleading metrics, and everything appears to work only in these posts—not in reality, much like the Soviet Union. This results in poor engineering, code, design, and solution quality—comparable to the work of first-year students—while some individuals make millions and boast decades of experience.
