want to be treated like a disposable worker drone? welcome to the party!
Pros
nice pay big tech comforts like microkitchens and free breakfast/lunch $2000 health and wellness grant is p sick actually
Cons
where to begin... - had no choice which team i was placed in. eventually got forced into a position i didn't want and worked on products i dont care about - management and lead unironically tell you to "ask claude" 99% of the time when you're stuck instead of giving you concrete advice - company maintains a dashboard of employee-level metrics every half tracking your commit count, lines of code pushed, etc. even if you meet all your project requirements, if you don't meet arbitrary lines of code target you can kiss your job goodbye - if you hate AI slop you will see it everywhere here - ever present threat of layoff
