      Pros

      Lots of smart people working on impactful projects. Great compensation and perks.

      Cons

      High compensation leads to employees expecting and demanding more and more perks, leading to a somewhat toxic environment. Many employees do not have much perspective on the greater world. One senior engineer claimed that they were "poor", which I found ridiculous. As evidenced by the Russian election scandal, the company as a whole has very little understanding of the side-effects of its mission. "Open and more connected", but at what price?

      The company culture is really great, which is like night and day for productivity.

      Cons

      Employees are younger, generally speaking, than Google, so there's fewer super well-known people.
