      Money was ok overall and benefits are average

      Cons

      Company over works some workers while giving preference to certain groups. There is clear and systemic bias at the company and it mirrors the current political atmosphere. It seems pretty clear Meta was openly influencing politics and not being honest about privacy concerns.
