Pay is still great. Can learn a lot of useful stuff.
Cons
As business model matures, a chance for a contribution (and promotion) is much more limited than 10 years ago (unless you are in AI). Long hours and work over weekends are norm. Management culture is seriously lacking nowadays and it very much depends how good if the manager on your team: there no middle ground, usually its either a very good one or a very mediocre.
