      fast pace, a lot to learn, comfortable env, nice people, flat promotion

      Cons

      production team was too revenue driven and built a lot of crappy code.

      People are Awesome. They help you grow and a very open-minded and supporting environment Great Perk. I feel less Politics in career track as long as you gain support and trust from team members.

      Cons

      People are too good and you feel peer pressure in terms of trying to survive from a company where many of the people enjoy and love what they do and are full of passion.
