Pros

- not much that I can think of. The food in cafe is not bad.

Cons

- bottom-up culture makes decision-making extremely difficult and sometimes impossible - very poor WLB and you get bombarded with requests after work (#silent is a joke) - people take your hard work for granted without appreciation (I haven't heard any thank you since I joined the company 2 months ago) - toxic competition between teams with unclear R&R - toxic team culture as people LOVE to steal each other's credits without contributing - very weak management that does nothing but pleasing team members to boost pulse score (and they openly say that they shouldn't influence decisions but make sure people are "happy"). What a pathetic statement as a manager. I guess this is the kind of impact they want to make as managers.
