- Great work culture - Innovative tech - Solid company mission - Fairly competitive compensation

Cons

- "Lagging" promotion philosophy (promote AFTER you've already been performing at the next level by MONTHS. - Hires too fast, causing oversaturation in research scope/ownership. Makes it harder to produce unique impact. - Company performance expectations are vague so its hard to predict promos/salary raises.
