      Pros

      Good benefits and plenty of work.

      Cons

      They work you to death with hardly any time off. They force you to work weekends and fire you if you miss too many days. Supervisors are constantly demanding more parts out of you.

      Cons

      Perpetually behind production quota Resulted in weekend overtime, mandatory for most workers, overtime averages about 18 hours per week Supervisors/long time employee's playing favorites. Some entitlement and ego issues.
