Pros

Incredible people, ability to move to virtually any part of computer science while staying in the same company. Benefits were top notch.

Cons

Pay was ok, but not spectacular compared to other top tier competitors.

Pros

Great salary , they look after you financially

Cons

Morally bankrupt organisation. Little support given to staff. Giving staff 24 free psychologist sessions says something. You will need every one of those sessions. They do not value loyalty, it’s all very transactional. The organisation is focused very much on the use of copilot, requiring you to use it twice a day even on weekends. If you are an independent thinker you will not survive drinking the Kool Aid
