Pros

Good atmosphere within peers, decent perks (gym, food) and competitive salary

Cons

Here I can write a story about what happens in Accounts Team (represented Poland) - Management does not know clue about market and Customers - Do exactly what they tell you and don't discuss approach - In CEE ATU became Russian SUB - all managers are Russians - CBI Bonuses are distributed to whom managers like more - Vacations are never welcome and there is permanent pressure on things to be done immediatelly - Lack of dialogue, higher management is not aware and nobody cares what happens

Pros

Large range of products and roles, new building, decent food, decent health insurance

Cons

Firstly it's important to note that the bonuses promised at interview are in no way secure. In fact there isn't money in the pot for everyone! Some will get paid, others will leave empty handed - that's the comanies methodology! Allocation of such funds is at management's discretion and not based on anything objective. German management in particular is deranged and will allocate bonuses according to who they like personally. They won't tell you this at interview. You might have to wait up to 18 month to find out if you'll receive anything, so it's a tough gamble. Apart from that the company doesn't even try to limit the elbow mentality, that's the way inside sales at Microsoft works, and it again mainly comes down to who you suck up to determine who comes out on top. Atmosphere at work is accordingly. Sounds unbelievable? It is, and yet it is so. Management in the German market was hired for this purpose early on in the establishment of inside sales, which tells you what kind of people they are. They don't seem to "manage" much else, i.e. Processes aren't working, advice and support is rare. It seems to be a bit better in other markets, but not by much. I've been at a number of IT companies in Dublin over the years, and this one is definitely the worst in everything. Think carefully before accepting a job here!

Pros

Some really great people working in the Inside sales teams and the building is fantastic.

Cons

Without doubt the worst level of management I've experienced in years. Granted this isn't helped by the challenges of a relatively new business segment but failure to get a layer of management who are to be taken seriously on a sales level was a failure. In addition management are working in a very politically charged environment and likely to change stance or direction as and when needed with regard to their goals.
