      Pros

      You can find good and bad teams at any company, but the fact that there is a top down value placed on work life balance and employee welfare really does have an effect on team culture. I remember my first year on my current team we were all very overworked and stressed, and in our yearly survey our team and org put very low scores for WLB. The shift in WLB after that was honestly astonishing, and 1.5 years later I'm still extremely happy with it.

      Cons

      If you're looking for the most cutting edge tech and cream of the crop peers, I don't feel like this is the place for that. That being said everyone is extremely intelligent. The amount of legacy technology can really make you feel stuck in the mud at times though.
