Pros

Strong brand recognition Exposure to large-scale customers and technologies

Cons

Poor work-life balance Toxic culture in certain teams Leadership lacks empathy and accountability Resistance to change for better My experience at the company was deeply disappointing due to a consistently toxic work environment and a lack of genuine leadership support. There is an unspoken expectation to work evenings, weekends, and outside of normal hours, with little regard for employees’ personal time or well-being. Work-life balance is often talked about, but in practice, it is not respected. Leadership appears disconnected from the day-to-day realities of employees, and there is minimal accountability when it comes to workload management or burnout. Leaving the company was ultimately the right decision for my personal and professional well-being.
