Pros

Paternity leave Health insurance Car lease policy

Cons

Ask for family photos and randomly ping your manager to get attention, retirement-oriented attention seeker manager will add you to the list of reliable, diligent engineer. Keep appreciating management for random reasons. Anonymous feedbacks are a big lie. Management has deep roots in the system to identify, who provided which feedback. Do not implement anything just keep on throwing ideas, teams feeding on ideas from a decade and getting promoted without any real work. Management has identified the pattern of reorg so no one would actually ask for real work. PPT based culture for reflecting impact. Passive manager gets them created by engineers and present it to the management

Pros

Not too bad work-life balance, ok pay and great benefits. A great learning opportunity especially for those who work under Azure. Tech stacks are improving fast.

Cons

Worst company if you have a bad manager who can just ruin your Microsoft career by just checking an "Insufficient Results" in your connect. ICs have ZERO chance to challenge it.
