      Pros

      The pay was decent. That's the only positive thing I can say for this company, and it is the only reason I would advise anybody to work there.

      Cons

      Leadership in Microsoft is clueless. Rather than setting a direction and getting people to work together as a team, pulling in the same direction, Microsoft exists by pitting one employee against another. VP leaders refuse to set priorities, instead talking about "the power of and," which means you do everything or you get fired.

      1. Field Sales Growth numbers are way too aggressive 2. Sales Team talent is a bit of a joke, nothing but product bells and whistle sellers 3. Sales is directed to transform, but little to no sales transformation is happening in the field 4. Field leadership sits behind spreadsheets and spends little to no time with customers. Very removed from their teams.
