Great place to work, some specific teams are under more pressure but on the whole great work/life balance. Always learning mentality with monthly days of learning and annual hackathons. People are amazing, they take care in who they hire which leads to a cohesive workplace. Flexible working hours with no current rto in place.

Cons

If you end up on a stressful team the politics of a company this size becomes clear. No international work benefit. Less money than other similar sized big tech firms in the area.
