Pros

- Wonderful, genuinely kind and smart people - Strong leadership, both locally and at the top - Really live the values that Satya Nadella brought to Microsoft in terms of growth mindset - Good work/life balance - Interesting work -- you get exposure to cutting edge technology and it's exciting and motivating - They've been very supportive during COVID, giving us a stipend to set up our remote environment, providing mental health support and leave time for parents who have kids at home, etc.

Cons

- Depending on your role, you do have to deal with the legacy systems of Microsoft customers. - Microsoft is huge, so depending on your role, ramping up can be overwhelming and daunting. However, there's a community to support you in this, so you're not alone.
