Pros
Tech perhaps, some orgs maybe better in terms of work. Benefits are good. if you are fine with slow execution then maybe you will like it
Cons
In my org, silos, management keeps everything to themselves, expectations are endless, job requirements and expectations are very vague, often find yourself defending for your work. No motivation, slow than snails pace, devs have no accountability.. too much emphasis on soft skills again ambiguous.
