Pros

People here really try to work by the principles defined in the organization, I sense no hypocrisy there. Microsoft tries to lead the trend of gen AI and makes adjustments in how the work is done, which could be a pro if you think this trend it here to stay. No retaliation policy on negative feedback towards management.

Cons

Salaries could be better. A lot of layoffs and reorgs happen in the recent time, no job stability. The upper management's decisions are not transparent. Stingy on food in the office.
