      Very little micromanagement, lots of room to try out other teams.

      Hard to get promoted due to "budgets", relationship between engineering and PMs is terrible.

      Very good work life balance. Brand Name. Good overall benefits and opportunities to explore multiple domains within the company.

      Cons

      There are sub-levels within each role, like 2 levels within SDE, 2 levels within SDE 2 which makes promotion to next role very time consuming. Doesn't lead in industry in terms of compensation.
