      Pros

      Great benefits, great people overall. Lots of highly motivated, quick thinking individuals. It's a great environment to push the boundaries of your knowledge and capabilities constantly.

      Cons

      Can be really hard to make real change happen. Layers of management and often rigid thinking can prevent that. You'll encounter a fair few egos too. But the good generally outweighs the bad.
