- Toxic politics around pulling down other's ratings to climb up in the ladder - Introduction of PIP lead to a shift in work culture - Useless leadership teams scrapping the projects left and right. Almost 6 years of my efforts along with 100s of other engineers were scrapped, phased out, etc - With the annoucement of RTO the company made it even worse - Hikes in the range of 1-3% in India even for the good performers - Lack of job security - Company laying off despite stock performing very well - No more a great place to work

Lately everything is getting worse -- benefits (eye care, dental are poor now). If you get a bad manager then you are screwed with a lower score that prevents you from getting other jobs within the company. Requirements for each level are changed when they go to evaluate you. Politics is pretty extreme. If you aren't with the right group then you are in trouble. Interviews within the company are just as hard as external interviews and don't take into account your experience.
