Cons

1. Very hard and slow to advance through the ranks. 2. Salary increase is slow 3. Personal life in this area is terrible. If you are single here, you basically don't have much chance to find the other half (unless you hugely lower your standards). Girls here are spoiled by the to their advantage male-female ratio.
