Pros
1) great facilities and benefits for employees 2) lots of teams and projects where you can work if you clear interviews or have the right contacts 3) lots of events, workshops and access to learning material 3) flexible working hours and dress code
Cons
1) too many teams and managers and re-organisation which can confuse and hinder 2) hire and fire policy especially if you are higher up in the hierarchy 3) work is very average mostly and nothing much to learn, ofcourse can vary from team to team but generally it's below average
