      Deteriorating work-life balance with unclear direction

      There aren't many good things left. Used to be good mostly on the work life balance front, but over the last two years things have changed in completely opposite direction

      Cons

      - No clear company direction - Only one person driving the company direction - the CEO, all the other management levels just repeat that marching order with zero creativity or willingness to challenge things. It went like this: - Security is top priority - While security is top priority, quality is also top priority - No, forget that, Security is top priority - AI is top priority - Don't get distracted, all 3 are top priority - No, no, you're getting it wrong, so you'll get fired, because Testing was top priority. - AI is still top priority - You don't use AI enough, you're fired. - AI isn't as top of a priority, Security is.
