      Good projects, huge team, lots of resources, easy to network and meet a lot of interesting people.

      Cons

      Underpaid, doesn't keep up with the local market and doesn't even want to try and keep up with the market. Can only get promoted every two years and the maximum they will ever give you is 10% base salary increase even if you can easily get a lot more if you look else where. It is best to try and switch internally to try and get a decent increase.
