Pros
some of the very obvious pros are 1. Pay 2. Free Transport 3. Great campus
Cons
Does not feel Microsoft should hire immensely talented people from IITs/NITs and put them to work on the most monotonous tasks. The growth opportunities for testers are very less. You need to have a very good rapport with team members and senior managers if you expect raise and promotions in timely manner. Good work alone won't get you that. My advice is - Looking for a place where you want to put your grey matter to work and also expect fairness in terms of career growth? DON'T join as an SDET in MS India.
