- You get to work with some very smart people. - Benefits are exceptional

Cons

- Politics is real (you need to be able to read a room and pick the right people to align with). - "Yes Men" culture... working here you realize that not all facts matter, as long as everyone is singing the same tune - that is all that matters. This truth about Microsoft hampers true forward movement (going against the pack only increases one's layoff exposure). Social IQ is critical to succeed here.
