Pros

High base pay, 5 different restaurants on campus, flexible working hours

Cons

Low bonuses, low compa ratio, employee pays for meals, no dinner served, requirement to come to the office 3x week, no possibility to work abroad, only horizontal promotions allowed, people managers heavily distanced from their teams, exec visibility all that matters but very little chance to get it/create opportunity, loads of talk about DEI but nothing in practice (loads of discrimination), leadership team is almost exclusively Irish (maybe 1-2 internationals on 1000+ at L64 and above), excruciatingly hard to get promoted, career stages don’t correspond to requirements of levels
