      Pros

      I think the strategy to grow with PLG is very good. I do not know what will happen in the future in terms of the world situation, but I think the product is very good.

      Cons

      The negative part I don't know.

      Pros

      Miro's foundation as a visual collaboration platform is truly embodied in the company's ethos. The ability to work effectively across teams across the company is unparalleled with a SaaS company at the size and scale of Miro. Cross-functional work streams are clearly aligned to organizational strategic priorities, and Miro's leadership team is world-class.

      Cons

      Miro is so dispersed worldwide that it can at times be challenging, ironically for a collaboration company, to align across teams worldwide - with data and reporting being dispersed. Growing pains of such a hyperscale SaaS brand, but also amazing to work with talented.

      Great Product but Terrible leadership, management and vision.

      The product is intuitive and user-friendly. Hard to enter but it's a super powerful tool if you got used to it.

      Cons

      ・ Leaderships' Terrible Management, Employee Benefits, and selfishness. ・ Unrealistic Sales Targets and demands ・ Can't expect career growth. ・ So many unnecessary procedures and rituals. ・ Extremely cost centric.
