There are good people at Miro. But it's leadership isn't among them. Lots of nepotism leads to an environment where people are emboldened to do what they want how they want. And you can't speak out against it due to the nepotism
Cons
Your values and opinions aren't appreciated. You are discouraged from speaking your mind and encouraged to do as you are told. They claim a flat org but it's impossible to talk to the people actually above your direct manager. HR will not be helpful because at the end of the day your manager is senior to you. There will be no transparency in things that happen purely behind the scenes. it feels a little bit like spy vs spy between the silicon valley leadership and the Russian speaking leadership There are things that are allowed to be publicly forward about and other things that are covered up when it comes to modern inclusion and diversity. You are encouraged to just do your job and not talk about things.
