      - benefits: insurance, commute allowance, wfh allowance, etc - fair compensation - product is popular and gaining more users

      Cons

      - wlb is not so good - not diverse

      Pros

      It's fun to work on a beloved product, lots of people's faces light up when you tell them where you work. Good pay, kind and helpful team members, great culture in the office, and flexible working conditions.

      Cons

      Strategy seems to shift often, so you've gotta be open and flexible to change.
