      Pros

      Professional & supportive interview process. Very positive team environment. Everyone is incredibly generous with their time / willing to help. Leadership creates a very relaxed culture. Customers love the product. Great team building & culture initiatives in region. Ability to be a part of an exciting hyper growth org. 🚀

      Cons

      It's a global org which means some awkward time zone scheduling. But no real cons.

      A competitive compensation package that includes equity shares. New and nice office in Berlin at Warschauer Platz. Hybrid working policy (2-3 days at the office)

      Let's say, the company is still pretty young and still growing. Tools, processes, and approaches are maybe not mature enough and are constantly changing.
