Regarding your advice on employee feedback, we see the need to create more opportunities for our Mironeers to share concerns and suggestions. As such, we have recently launched our anonymous company-wide check-in survey to gather more feedback as we work to create an environment where our Mironeers can thrive. Follow-up activities like focus groups will help us develop actionable plans for the future.
