      Pros

      The environment is amazing, very informal and nice colleagues. Lot of independence and ability to be part of process change. Salary above market average and great perks (working from home allowance, stock option, health insurance allowance)

      Cons

      The hyper growth implies a growing complexity in some processes, and it also difficult to drive changes form a startup mentality to a structured company. Several grey areas to be clarified
