Pros

Lunches, decent compensation on the NL level

Cons

With a lot of bureaucracy, it takes months to get something done. Production support is exhaustive. No salary improvements and rare internal promotions. A lot of micromanagement, your manager says to do "this way" but at the same time not following his own words. Since the last layoffs, there are no cultural events since we are now a cash machine company.

Pros

If you want to micromanage every second by baby boomers work at Miro. This place is a disaster. Perhaps another FTX walking the plank. Too much funding for a useless product that is already open source.

Cons

Fire everyone in top management because they do nothing but have coffee breaks and gossip . Also tell human resources stop with the frivolous interviews to make it look like you are one busy and two stop wasting unemployed people time because you will never hire these people. This is very wasteful spending to fool investors that you need all these roles because the truth since the pandemic is over your DAU and engagement stats drop fast since January 2022. I smell layoffs any second as investors and your user base realize your product is a botch.

Avoid at All Costs: Toxic and Unethical

Pros

None whatsoever. This company thrives on burnout, manipulation, and a lack of integrity.

Cons

Working here feels like being trapped in a nightmare. The leadership is disturbingly unresponsive, displaying little empathy or transparency. Burnout and low morale are rampant, and the company remains willfully indifferent. Leadership seems more focused on image than on leading with any sense of responsibility or humility. This egocentric approach trickles down, creating an isolating and demoralizing work culture that values obedience over integrity and engagement. HR and legal routinely handle employee concerns with questionable practices, often at the expense of employees’ rights and dignity. From executives to entry-level employees, no one is safe from these practices such as bullying, harassment, and retaliation. Diversity and Inclusion are practically nonexistent, and political biases within the company are glaringly divisive, fostering an increasingly hostile environment.
