HR and legal routinely handle employee concerns with questionable practices, often at the expense of employees’ rights and dignity. From executives to entry-level employees, no one is safe from these practices such as bullying, harassment, and retaliation. Diversity and Inclusion are practically nonexistent, and political biases within the company are glaringly divisive, fostering an increasingly hostile environment.
