Autonomy in your day-to-day, ability to influence your scope of work and make an impact with your expertise. From day 1 your input and feedback is appreciated and I have noticed that in general everyone in the company is not only open to feedback but actively soliciting it. Everything to improve the business and the product, which is a great mindset to have.

Cons

Can be quite overwhelming at the start with a ton of information coming your way, so that can feel a bit daunting. Staying the course and focusing on what matters most (#impact) is the best advice to give here.

Miro is the first company in my career where I'm interested in participating in company-wide meetings. It is a startup with an established process, professional management, and intelligent engineers. Miro allows having work/life balance, provides opportunities for self-development, competitive compensations & benefits.

Cons

Miro doesn't have options to work full remotely without relocation.
