Pros
Since starting at Miro I have had the ability to own the full recruiting cycle and had influence over the profile, comp and structure of the hiring process. They give me the autonomy and respect to be a strategic partner to the managers of my roles. The culture is top notch, my teammates are awesome and continually surprise me with their dedication to getting the job done sustainably, we are regularly encouraging each other to take time, set boundaries and create the work environment we want to be a part of.
Cons
Things change constantly, things change week to week, have to be able to roll with the punches and not worry too much about things you cant control.
