Pros
I love working here! Everyone is very helpful, you immediately feel like part of the team. I feel free to be myself, to be curious and ask for feedback, I feel that my voice is heard and that my work matters. I've never worked for a company before that immediately feels like home. I already referred and will keep referring people to Miro - let's play as a team to win the world!
Cons
I do realise that a working environment such as the one we have at Miro might not be for everyone. It's constantly changing, very high-pace and no day is the same
