- salaries above the average - some of the brightest minds work/used to work here - good meals in the office

Cons

- bias towards people/friends who are from Perm (russia) during layoffs and promotions - inaccurate planning of tasks, high surprise factor - problems-problems-problems every day - too many layoffs, high rate of churn and burn-outs - long term initiatives and bonuses in the form of stock are worthless

Working on the platform means you’re constantly exposed to challenging and innovative problems, whether it's enhancing real-time collaboration features, improving performance for large teams, or integrating AI-driven tools. The company culture rewards fast execution and meticulous attention to detail, which makes it a fantastic space for creatives and builders who care deeply about craft. While the workload can be intense, it’s inspiring to see how committed everyone is. The enthusiasm from users is real and energizing. On top of that, the beautiful workspaces in Amsterdam, Austin, etc., free meals, and other perks make office days feel rewarding, not draining.

Cons

Long hours do come with the territory, especially ahead of major product launches, customer rollouts, or big feature unveilings. It can get high pressure fast. The team is growing rapidly and a bit of controlled chaos just before a big release. Everyone’s navigating a fast-moving roadmap while also trying to learn the evolving culture and systems.
