      Pros

      The product is loved by all and it's a great one. Great perks and salary. A very diverse team. Company culture is extremely valued. Easy to reach out to leadership. They are open to ideas and improvements.

      Cons

      There's a noticeable language barrier with the tech people based in Russia which makes communication quite challenging (but they are working on this issue). Hypergrowth pains are expected. The monolith is huge and hard to work with.

      Pros

      Great salary, good benefits, semi-horizontal hierarchy, fun community, and team-building activities. Attention to mental well-being. The company culture and its values are highly emphasized and practically implemented, however, sometimes they can feel a little shallow.

      Cons

      Due to the hypergrowth, the processes are still being figured out which in certain cases leads to a lack of transparency. This can then drastically affect efficiency.

      I've never worked in a company with such a growth and such a love in the product. If you are hired you have all the trust to build the next big thing.

      have to conduct too many interviews because of the hypergrowth
