- the product is amazing and the teams put so much love and work in it to make it even more special every day - great culture, very open-minded, everyone is positive and supportive, lots of different people make it very exciting to work here - low hierachy, management is great, always involved with transparent communication - everyone gives 100% which creates a very motivating atmosphere - feedback is always welcome and appreciated

Cons

- as it is normal for a fast-growing company there are often days where the workload and pressure is quite heavy - it is a fast-pacing environment so you have to love it :)

- Senior leadership has an extremely high level of integrity, intelligence & humility (all three are so rare!) - Miro really cares about its customers and employees and walks the talk here Every. Single. Day. - The product is incredible - The team is diverse and truly international - The hiring process is rigorous, but results in placing high performers who are extremely collaborative, additive to the culture and kind as well - We use best of breed tools to do our work - Lots of emphasis on setting clear strategy and goals - True growth mindset and a flatter hierarchy that’s inclusive of all levels and all ideas - Critical thinking is encouraged

Cons

- Pace is extremely fast and output is focused on value and quality. Not a con per se but could be tough for people who are used to checking boxes or need explicit instructions to manage their day to day. Initiative, creativity and results are rewarded.
